The main difficulty with Egress stay is cleaning of the window from an internal position. Up to the present, we have only been able to offer Egress stay with either EasyClean or restrictor functions, never both.

The new DGS Tristay overcomes this problem combining, as it does, all of the three required elements.

These Friction Stays open fully to the corner of the window, after the operation of a release catch the opener can be slid across to allow the cleaning of the outer pane from the inside of the room.
